By accessing or using Top Creator Database(“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About This Service

Top Creator Database is a searchable database of public creator and social media profile information. The Service indexes information from public-facing pages and other public sources only where that information is available without logging into the source platform. We do not claim ownership of third-party platform content, and we do not host, distribute, or link to private, hidden, paywalled, leaked, or login-gated content.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use this Service in your jurisdiction. By accessing the Service, you confirm that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts And Access

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to the registered user or subscribing business. Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or allowing unauthorized third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, dox, impersonate, or otherwise harm any person. You may not probe, scan, test, interfere with, or circumvent any security feature, rate limit, access control, or technical restriction used by the Service.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Public Profile Data

Profile information displayed through the Service is compiled from public-facing sources that are accessible without a login. We do not intentionally collect data from private, hidden, subscriber-only, friends-only, or login-restricted profiles.

If an email address is included in our index, it is limited to an email address that the profile owner has made specifically public, such as in a public bio, profile description, or other public-facing contact field.

We make no representation that any third-party platform endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with the Service. If you believe a profile should be removed or corrected, please use the removal process described on our DMCA page or the no-login opt-out form linked in the footer.

7. Paid Features And Billing

We may offer paid subscriptions, credits, exports, or other premium features now or in the future. If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges shown at checkout.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Your use of any payment processor is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated by us.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, abused the Service, or used the Service in a way that could harm us, creators, platforms, or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD $100.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
